- Examination – $250.00
- We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation
- Without the proper notice, the no show fee is $150.00
- Audiogram – $35.00 (if required)
- ECG – $40.00 (if required)

- Wear your glasses
- Bring your aviation medical certificates
